Who we are

BONINI Arquitectura is an architecture and construction studio with its office at Senador Long 790, corner of Teniente Vera, Paseo “PATIO ECO”, Asunción, Paraguay. We are responsible for the processing of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we receive

This website has no forms, uses no cookies or tracking tools, and does not store data about its visitors.

We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us:

• Through WhatsApp: your name, your phone number, and the messages, photos, plans or files you send us.
• Through Calendly, when you book a meeting: your name, your email address and the information you enter when booking.
• In the conversation about your project: the data you share so we can study it, such as the location of the land or house, what you need and your budget.

What we use it for

• To answer your questions and talk about your project.
• To arrange meetings and visits.
• To send you the information, proposals and quotes you ask for.
• To follow up on the project or the build, if we work together.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising. We only send you messages related to your enquiry or your project; if you do not want to receive any more, just tell us.

Who it is shared with

We use third-party services to communicate, which process data under their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp, by Meta Platforms, for messages.
• Calendly, to book meetings.
• Google Workspace, for email and working documents.

Beyond that, we only share data if a law or a competent authority requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as the conversation or the project lasts, and afterwards for the time needed to meet legal, accounting or construction warranty obligations. If you ask us to delete it and no obligation prevents us from doing so, we delete it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, and to stop sending you messages. To do so, write to us on WhatsApp at +595 981 554 637 or visit our office.

Security

We protect your data with reasonable measures: access is limited to the people working on your project, and we use services with account protection and secure connections.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
